1. How do I restore my subscription on a new device?
Open the app → tap any locked theme → tap “Restore Purchases” on the subscription screen. Your Premium access will be restored if you’re using the same Apple ID.2. How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel:
• Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone/iPad.
• Select Sumso Premium.
• Tap Cancel Subscription.3. I was charged but didn’t get Premium access. What should I do?
First, tap Restore Purchases in the app. If that doesn’t work, please email us at [email protected] with your Apple ID (do not send passwords).4. Does the app collect personal data?
No. The app only uses your Apple ID for subscription management. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.5. I have feedback or suggestions. How can I share them?
